Caitlin Hatzenbuhler is the founder of Conscious Core, a wellness brand dedicated to helping women reignite their spark through purposeful movement, nourishing habits, and authentic self-care.
After burning out in a high-pressure corporate marketing career, Caitlin chose a different path — one rooted in sustainability, energy, and alignment. She became a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor and certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, helping women rebuild their strength and vitality from the inside out.
For over a decade, she has supported hundreds of women through classes, coaching programs, workshops, retreats, and online offerings — guiding them toward confidence, balance, and vibrant living without judgment or toxic positivity.
